Rashtriya Blind Hostel and Training Center & Old Age Home was established on 07-01-2004. The NGO is registered with Registrar of NGOs Delhi under the aegis of Swami Education and Social Welfare Society vide Registration number S-47992/2004.

We strive to unlock the possibility inside every individual. We see equal values in all lives. And so we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those visually impaired. For us no one is handicapped unless his thought is disabled, displaced and challenged in the wrong direction.
